Are your watches genuine?
Yes. Every watch is inspected by a specialist before it is listed: serial and reference numbers, movement, case, dial and bracelet. If we are not completely sure a watch is genuine, we don’t sell it. Read more on our Authenticity page.
Do the watches come with box and papers?
Many do. Each listing says exactly what is included: original box, warranty card or papers, service records and extra links. If it isn’t listed, it isn’t included.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every watch comes with our own 12-month warranty covering the movement. See our Warranty page for details.
How is my watch shipped?
Fully insured, tracked and signed for, in discreet packaging with no branding on the outside. Delivery options are shown at checkout.
Can I see the watch before I buy?
